Job Description: 1 HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines within company objectives and regulatory compliance. 2 Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to off boarding, including onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, and exits. 3 HR Systems and Processes: Managing HR systems, databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations. 4 Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR-related activities and maintaining records for audits. 5 Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and addressing employee inquiries about benefits. 6 Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR teams and management. 7 HR Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports, analyzing HR data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Candidate Profile: 1 Experience: Must have 6+ years’ experience in HR Operations. 2 HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR Principles & Policy, Employment laws, Payroll and regulations. 3 Administration Skills: Proficiency in HRMS for managing employee data and processes. 4 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders. 5 Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively. 6 Job Location: Calicut.
